Yeah definitely the Diploma candidate's will be able to fill up the application form for the JEE mains entrance exam but make sure in mind that you should have the atleast score of minimum 75% in your respective diploma degree and after writing the JEE mains entrance exam you can't be eligible for taking admission in the NIT after clearing the JEE Advance you should have the enough marks Inorder to take the admission in the IIT Premises and the admission will be granted as a Class 12th student's.
