can we get 98 percentile in iit-jee exam just by studying for 5months?

hope you are doing well and safe. With reference to your query,  I would glad inform you that getting in the top 2 percent of the total appearing students is not an easy task . Whether someone will be able to get 98 percentile in 5 months depends on the students brain ,logic ability ,learning power and most important at this point where he /she is . If you starting from sratch then it is quite difficult but if you are clear with fundamentals and aware with some topics but throughly and then you can go ahead with this goal by preparing sincerely otherwise give only for experience
