You cannot get admission to any college regardless of your percentage. Admissions in Mumbai, even in the "Open to All" Special Round 1, are strictly merit-based. Highly sought-after institutions (like St. Xavier's, NMCCE, or RA Podar) maintain very high cut-offs (85%–95%+).
