Through JEE main, you can take admission in NITs not IITs.
For take admission in IITs, you have to clear JEE main and score good in JEE advance.

sir actually to get IIT you clear the JEE mains first later on you should clear the JEE advance then you can except the IIT sir
if you clear only the JEE mains then you can except the NIT's IIIT's

no, you can't get admission in IIT's through jee mains only.you should give jee advanced after get qualified through jee mains.please refer this link,
