You haven't mentioned which exam you are enquiring about. If you are enquiring about NEET then 450 marks can gain you some good colleges. Getting MBBS with this marks is difficult but you can definitely try some other courses like BAMS, BHMS, BNYS, BPT, BSc Nursing and so on. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper,and the number of candidates appearing for it.
