can we get seat at top iits by jee main exam if yes what rank should be get

Hello, No you can't get IITs by taking only JEE MAIN examination. To get the admission in IITs you need to first clear the cutoffs in mains after than you will become eligible for JEE advanced. When you score very well in JEE advanced paper and if your rank comes under 8000 then there will be possiblities that you will get IIT.
So work hard and achieve this milestone. All the best
