Can we get seat in amrita Bangalore campus in cse by the rank 6900

Actually with a rank of 6900 and if you belong to open category then the chances that you get into the computer science branch in Amrita University Bangalore campus is less.The previous year cutoff for the same is around 6000 and probably this year the competition for the computer science branch increases and hence the probability that you get into the campus is less.But there is a good probability that you would get into it.Thank you.
