You have not mentioned the course in which you are interested in.But yes, you may get seat in a college without EAMCET. There are few seats under management quota candidates who couldn't qualify can get admission under this quota but the tuition will be higher compared to the seat alloted under convener quota.If you are willing to get admission under management quota then you need to contact the college administration in which you seek admission.
