Yes, you could. But, that will depend on the eligibility criteria of JEE Main. Basically, there are age factors and year of passing of Class 12th which is considered while applying for the JEE Mains. If you do not meet the eligibility criteria for the applying for the examination, am afraid you won't be able to sit for the JEE Main after 2 years of vocational training.
