The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) mians is conducted twice in a year. First one will be conducted tentatively in the month of January and the second one will be conducted tentatively in the month of April and the candidates can attempt the JEE mains in any of the two months there is no restrictions. So yes you can give the JEE mains exam in the month of April. National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon release the JEE Main 2021 application form date.
