Can we join to iit without writing any exam for under graduation course by paying money? For iit.

Dear Bharath,
To get admission into IIT you must have to sit for the JEE Mains examination. Without going through the entrance and without getting a cut off rank you will not get any IIT for your undergraduate courses.
