See hard or easy is a very relative factor. It can be hard for some or can be easy for some. So I would like to say that you shouldn't be considering such factors seriously instead study as much as you can.

The answer is yes.The 10th standard is much easier as compared to class 12 boards where you have to study really hard.If you are good enough with the concepts and other such basic knowledge then you can surely score above 80% in 10th boards.However board standards mainly icse or cbse gives stress on key words for which you have to real the chapters very minutely plus you have to make a thorough revision of your text book.So yes passing 10th standards with flying colors is easy.
