can we pay neet 2020 registration fee today and login ? I got just 97 marks in neet 2020 I didn't attended counselling till now So is there any possibility to get a private college at least ? I belong to ST category

This is because,
With 97 marks you have failed to qualify Neet examination
Neet 2020 cut off for different categories is
Category cutoff percentile cut off marks
General/ews 50 720 - 147
UR-PWD 45 146 - 129
Obc/Sc/st 40 146 - 113
So, with 97 marks you have failed in NEET examination as being from st category at least 113 marks is required to qualify Neet 2020 examination
