Can we report at the nearest reporting centre to accept the seat after the 4th round of seat allotment in josaa2018?

Yes you can reach to any of the nearest RC for freezing sliding or floating of the seats. After the final list you need to report at respective IIT where in the final list you have been alloted seat. All the best for counselling.
