Hey Bhavani.No, for obtaining your seat you need to provide both.They ensure you come under OBC-NCL stream.If either of them is not provided at the time of verification at the college they cancel your seat and you may face consequences.So, make sure that you collect income certificate for the time you attend the college.You can obtain the income certificate from govt revenue office or from your father work place.
