Can we surrender all India quota seat in round 2 if I get government seat in state counseling

Dear Vinay, you can opt for Exit with Forfeiture which means you exit the allotted seat forfeiting the security deposit. But once you join the allotted seat/college, you cannot surreder the seat. So, if you get a seat in State Counselling before you join allotted seat in Round 2, you can opt for Exit with Forfeiture and take up seat allotted in State Counselling. In this process, you will lose the security deposit.  But if your State Counselling seat comes late and you have join the allotted college, you cannot exit the seat.

Yes, you can exit from the all India quota seat counselling 2019, and  it is not compulsory for you to attend all the rounds if have alloted seat in any of the college. And, if you have paid for securing any seat then you can withdraw your amount.
