Hello,

Firstly you have mentioned any other thing so before uploading any documents whether its a school certificate , photos must be scan and then scanned copy should be uploaded .

Scanning can be done to keep the right brightness or contrast but if photo is about right size upload it after sharpening it but documents have more size so there is a limit then its compulsory to scan the doc
