can we use phones in hostel avoiding the studying hours?

Hello Nandana,
You can ofcourse use your phone in hostel, but during study juat keep it aside. There is not such any rule where, it is written that not to use phone in hostel. In university and colleges, it is not right to use phone, as proffesor are teaching. In hostel no warden can tell you that you can't use phone.
So don't worry and use phone.
