can we use state caste certificate for 1st application and then during councelling we will submit central caste certificate

Yes, you can use your state caste certificate while filling the application form, but during counselling or admission, you must submit the central caste certificate (issued as per Government of India format) if you’re claiming reservation under central quota like OBC-NCL, SC, or ST.
