Hello,
You can't do different study in same time. But if you go for one is regular basis study and another from distance then you can do both at the same time. But remember both courses are doing from different universities also then your degrees are approval.

Hi Aspirant,
You cannot BSc and Bcom in regular since it will not be valid.However if you want to do the course together then you can do one in regular and another in distancefrom different universities.Then both will be valid for you.There will be lot of mental as well as study pressure if you pursue thecourses together.better would be if you do the course one by one.
