Hi Archana,
If you want to take leave from your existing college then you have to apply for TC for further processes. For TC, you have to first visit student care or help center of your college to request for TC and get the information of everything that is needed to leave your college. After that you have to write an application for leaving the college with reason mentioned in the same. You will be asked to get the sign of various people of your college for approval and then you can submit the application.
