see sls aiat exam is different from clat exam, since you need to attempt both mcq and descriptive type of questions. some of the topics you need to focus more is,
Constitutional Law
Jurisprudence
Indian Contract Law, Cr.PC, Law of Torts, Family Law, Intellectual Property rights, International Law etc.
general awareness of laws in india
