There are many engineering colleges which are leading the placement charts and have their own entrance examinations apart from JEE main. Some of the major ones are mentioned below:
- BITS-- BITSAT
- Vellore institute of technology-- VITEEE
- Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham-- AEEE
- Manipal Institute of Technology-- MET
- Kalinga institute of industrial technology-- KIITEE
Also there are many good colleges such as RV College of Engineering , BMS College of Engineering, MS Ramaiah institute of technology etc which take admission based upon the performance of candidate in COMEDK examination.
