Failure and success are part of life. There are many examples of successful person who failed exams in their educational life but got huge success later.

The reason behind your failure may be you are not preparing well, you are not devoting the time required to study or may be you are weak in some subjects.

Preparing for passing an exam is not a that much difficult task. You can start your preparation as fresh. Find a good teacher for subjects in which you do not get success. Remove all the negative thoughts and feelings because a positive mindset is essential for good studies. It may be your negative thoughts about your self that you cannot pass the exam which weaken your strength. So always stay positive and tell your self that you can pass the exam. A clear strategy with hard work will definitely lead you to success.
