can you suggest reliable link for previous years AIIMS question papers with solutions? OR books need to be referred

AIIMS do not release their questions post 2015 hence the authencity of the questions cannot be guaranteed. Some books like Arihant, MTG do publish previous year question papers, which you might refer. Online site I would not recommend. You may take AIIMS paper test series from coaching institutes to know the recent pattern changes and are equally effective.
