Can you tell me that wbjee e-councelling time the rank will take only GMR rank or those people who belongs to sc or st their rank will give?

Souvik,
In the WBJEE counselling, only general merit list rank is considered. ST, SC and all other quotas get their reserved seat with that general rank only.
