No, you can't. All the reputed  Institutes in India has eligibility criteria for MBA, students have to meet it before admission. General eligibility is that 50%(45% in the case of reserved category) marks in graduation from a recognized university and need to secure good percentile in national level entrance tests(CAT, MAT and CMAT, etc...) or admission seeking institutes entrance tests like LPUNEST, DSAT, XAT, and SNAP . My advice to you would be that try to improve the marks and go for an MBA.

You can round off the percentage values to the nearest value. Most of the applications give instructions to do the same. So if your percentage is 49.9, you can round it off to 50%. As long as it is correct details, it will not be a problem. Because anyway you will produce your markssheets for proof. So the authorities will also know that.
