    Me also facing the same prblm.  There is no option to pat the fee by debit card as I have seen  today

    Yes, you can do payment through debit card of any bank. Just go forward steps in the payment process you will get it. Other than that you can go for SBI e challan, internet banking of any bank and many other options.
