After, your 12th class you can go for B.A (Hons) in Music, B.F.A (Music) or, B.P.A (Music) degree course of 3 years duration conducted by the various arts school in India. There are some other diploma courses after 12th for the duration of 1 year.

After the completion of the course you can join the music industries, movies industries and colleges as the music teacher. You may also establish your own music school.

An average salary of a professional in the music field is 20000 to 40000 per month.
