Hope you are doing great ! Great to see your aim , so You can join Indian Army after completing B.Sc IT . You can join through permanent commission or short service commission. If you are joining through permanent commission you have to attend CDS exam. You can also join through SSC after graduation for non technical post..
For CDS exam ; 33% with Graduation qualified is required to appear in CDS EXAMINATION.
