cast certificate ke स्थान पर undertaking form ko page par likh kar upload karna he ya print out निकलवाना है ???

Hi.
The Undertaking form has to be edited and uploaded as the original document should have been i.e. if NTA asks for JPG Image with given dimensions then upload it in the given format only. In the undertaking it has been clearly stated that
"A duly-filled & signed, scanned copy of the above undertaking may be uploaded in place of the document that the applicant cannot produce as of now "
