With your CAT percentile you can get very good colleges like

• IMT Ghaziabad
• IMI Delhi
• XIMB Bhubaneshwar
• FORE School of Management Delhi
• KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research
• TAPMI Manipal
• Great Lakes Chennai
• BIM Trichy
• GIM Goa

And the newer IIMs like IIM Jammu, IIM Sambalpur and IIM Sirmaur

But you should try to look for the older colleges rather than the newer IIMs because they're yet to build a good reputation in the industry.
Moreover you should not drop for one more year because that would be detrimental for your career ahead as many organizations like Tata Motors, TCS, Vedanta and other reputed organizations require a student to have an academic gap of more than a year. And you cannot simply convince them by saying that you were preparing for CAT.

So considering all the facts you should fill the application forms of the above mentioned colleges.
