If you have paid the application fee then all your details are registered which cannot be duplicated in the same year like this

Then in that case, will my application get rejected because of a photo with blue background instead of a white one?

Hi,
If your Registration is submitted and successful, then that's okay.
And as answered earlier, duplication of registered mail ID is not possible nor allowed because the mail Id is registered in their database.
And there is no point to applying again for the exam.
You can relax, a simple photograph background will not create much of an issue, however ensure that you don't commit such silly mistakes in the future.
