Categorys in 2019 VITEE Engineering

or admission in VIT, the authorities have bifurcated the categories of students based on their ranks in VITEEE. These categories basically determine the amount of fees you will have to pay for your studies in the college. The categories are for all the campuses of VIT. The ones who get higher ranks get category 1 and have to pay least fees. Gradually as the rank increases, the category increases and so does the fees.
It can be estimated that the following is the criteria of categories.
Category1-rank (120,000)
Category 2-rank(20,00140,000)
Category 3-rank(40,00165,000)
Category 4-rank(65,00199,999)
However, there can be changes according to the number of students who take admissions.
