you should go for private colleges available to you in this state. I will suggest you to take a year drop and prepare well for the JEE examination. you will surely get a good NIT or IIIT next year.

12th score is just an elligibility criteria for taking admission in NITs.You JEE RANK is too low.You won't get any seat in government engineering college.You need at least 25k rank under general to fetch NITs with CSE stream.Look for another engineering entrance examination.
