CENTAC Application Form 2019:

The admission form has already been in the released First week of June and the deadline is in the Second week of July to fill the Application.

You must submit that and follow the steps mentioned below.

1. Registration:

They must fill the form with these details such as Name, Date of birth (DOB), Class 12th Roll number, email ID, Mobile number and then they need to create a password for all the future logins with that particular account.

The activation will be sent on the registered email which the candidate needs to verify.

2. Payment of Application Fees:

They must make the payment after the registration process and it is only in ONLINE MODE through Credit card or Debit card or Netbanking.

Without the payment of application fees, they would not be able to fill up the application form.

For UR Candidates: Rs. 1000

For Other (SC/ST/OBC) Candidates: Rs. 500

3. filling the Application form:

They must fill the necessary and valid details in the application form. The candidate must fill their academic and personal details and contact information.

If the details entered are invalid, then it will be rejected.

The candidates have to enter valid information corresponding to the original documents.

4. Uploading the Scanned Documents:

Al the necessary details must be uploaded as their scanned images of the relevant documents.

Candidates must scan their recent passport-sized photograph in JPG format of about 25 kb size.

5. Other documents which need to be uploaded are:

Printed application form of CENTAC 2019

Birth certificate

Class 10th Marksheet

Class 12th Pass Certificate

Nationality Certificate

Residential Certificate

Permanent Integrated Certificate

Certificate of Special Category (If Applicable)

Community Certificate (If Applicable)

Nativity Certificate (If Applicable)

French Nationals of Indian Origin Certificate (If Applicable)

Filled in Proforma along with attested copies of Sports Certificate (If Applicable)

6. Submission of Online Application Form:

Candidates must check before the final submission.

The application form must be submitted before the last date of submission.
