Every chapter hold a question in the entrance question paper. There is no high weightage to 2nd year chapters.
You have to study in whole if you want to score high. JEE is tough if you don't get basics. Try to solve as many questions you can.
There are many mock test providing sites. You can check yourself where you are weak and study those part so that you can make it strong.
There is no shortcut to anywhere. You have to work hard in anyway if you want to score high.
Practice questions and solve problems. That's the only way.
