Hello,
SSC CHSL exam is conducted every year and is conducted in three proper stages.
These stages (tiers) are:
1)1st tier:objective exam conducted in online mode
2)2Nd tier:descriptive exam conducted in pen and paper mode.
3)3rd tier:typing test or skill test.
In order to get selected with high salary you have to qualify all the tiers.
