Hello Dear Student,
Since you are in Class 11 , you have enough time to prepare well for the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination . Focus on both your studies and physical fitness.
Study Plan
- Complete your Class 11 and 12 NCERT books, especially Mathematics and English .

Prepare for the NDA syllabus:
- Mathematics
- English
- General Knowledge (History, Geography, Polity, Economics, Science, Current Affairs)
- Read a newspaper daily to improve current affairs and English.
- Solve previous years' NDA question papers and take mock tests regularly.
Physical Fitness
Aim for at least 45–60 minutes of exercise every day.
- Run 2–5 km regularly.
- Do push-ups (20–40)
- Do sit-ups/crunches (30–50)
- Do pull-ups (5–10, gradually increase)
- Practice squats (30–50)
- Stretch before and after workouts to improve flexibility.
Lifestyle
- Sleep 7–8 hours every night.
- Eat a balanced diet with plenty of protein, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
- Stay hydrated and avoid junk food and sugary drinks.
Communication Skills
- Improve your spoken English and confidence.
- Participate in debates, group discussions, or public speaking activities.
- Develop leadership qualities and discipline, as these are important for the SSB Interview .
