Clat score is 10400.where can I get seat in OBC category

Considering that you have mentioned 10,400 as your CLAT rank, and your category you do not seem to have much chance for admission in any of the NLUs According to the Careers 360 Clat college predictor as the cut offs for previous years has been really high.
