Hello Shivam
There are also some good colleges in india that not uses jee mains rankand marks for admission. They are mostly private but level and image of those are also very good. Some of these include
- BITS pilani : this is treated as best private college in india. Its rankings are among some IITs and greater than most NITs. Entrance in this requires test named BITSAT. It is somewhat simpler than jee mains.
- VIT vellore : its name also comes among best private colleges in india. It also have entrance test named as VITEEE.
- AMU aligarh : this is also good. It also have entrance test.
- Delhi university : most prestigious university of india. It conduct technical courses also. The admission requires to clear a necessary cutoff in 12 th board. For general students the cutoff is about 98 %. If you are category student. You will get reservation in that also.
You may prefer other colleges as LPU university jalandhar , Amity university etc.
The ultimate consequence results in placements and exam CGPA. All recruiting companies prefer name of college and CGPA for placement. Some companies have their procedure also. These include written test of aptitude and reasoning followed by Group disscussion followed by Interview. If you have good personality with a good talent. You can clear that. And you will live your dreams.
The entrance test of above colleges are also very competent. So very crucial strategy is required to clear that. In my suggestion you should prepare for jee mains along with 12th exam with great enthusiasm and regularity . Most of entrance exam have almost same syllabus. So go for jee mains. This will also helps in other exams also. There is more than sufficient time for preparation of jee mains. 5-6month is huge time. You can definately clear that with a good govt college.
Hoping this will be helpful :)
