Yes you can get a college. But what college you would get that's depends.

If you are general category candidate then if your percentile is not more than 97.5 then you won't get the NITs Or IIITs, also if your percentile is around 93 then also you are eligible for some good engineering college. Below 90 percentile you can't get a good engineering college under general category.
