Based on your NEET score you can get into some good private medical colleges but because of higher cutoffs and due to less number of seats and higher number of candidates it is not possible to get an MBBS seat based on your score. I am afraid but the marks are not up to the level of qualification specially in Government College.
You might stand a chance after a series of councelling.
I suggest( if you can) try improving your score in the next exam so that you can pursue the course of your choice
