Government quota seats has reservations in them and the Economic weaker section quota seats will be available in those colleges, the total number in each college or other data will be difficult to get but you can only see the ews category in those colleges and or you can have the list when you will get counseling, but now it's difficult there are hundreds and thousands of colleges which has ews quota in their college.
