If you are from general category I'm sorry to inform you that you won't get any decent college with this rank.. A little hope you can keep with nits like nit Srinagar, nit meghalaya, nit arunachal Pradesh, nit Sikkim, and some north eastern nits, you can get a seat in these nits in last round or you can also try for special rounds.
You can also Try for some state government colleges.
