community certificate will be uploaded instead of OBC certificate

Hello aspirant,
The community certificate is only used for work and educational purposes within your state, which is the only distinction. But only OBC is accepted if you're looking for jobs with the central government or national level government schools like IITs and IIMs.
So if you are applying in central university, then you are required to submit OBC certificate only.
