You will not face any problem if you pass the compartment examination.
See,you are still eligible to apply for various colleges and universities for the subject of your choice. It's just that by the time the process of counseling starts,you must have secured the passing certificate.

hello aspirant...
It's sorry to say for the students having compartment in any of the major subjects will face consequences until and unless you have to find out a some otehr ways. I understand the fear of CBSE 12th .
Note once you are passed COMPARTMENT exam you will get admission in any college.
