Koi bhi competition exam, dono hi medium , yani Hindi aur English mei conduct hota hai. Chuki har pariksha mei English ek compulsory section hota hai toh behtar hoga ki ap English medium se hi tayari kare. Ye na sirf apke English section ko attempt karne mei madad karega balki apko aane wale koi bhi English k descriptive paper mei madad kr skta hai. However, apni sahuliyat k hisaab se ap Hindi ka chunav bhi kar sakte hain.

As per the competitive exams you want to prepare for like I may prefer you to opt for the english medium as it more helpful in the co curricular activities that held and take place which are very helpful in the competitive exams
Its your choice to opt for both of them which you want you can also deal with the competitive exams that are there
Basically it depends upon your knowledge and current affairs you manage and basically go for it.
