will CBSE give me one more chance to remove the discrepancy in the photo and sign after doing correction from correction win

No, CBSE will not provide another chance to make correction in the uploaded images and signature. And your form will be accepted without any problem.

In case they found any discrepancy in uploaded image/signature, you will probably receive a mail from them somewhere about in March, where you will be asked to make changes but Just make sure for now that the other details should be correct. The last date to make changes in application form is January 22, 2018 .

The image correction facility has closed and may not open again. However, what you can do is write to CBSE at jeemain@nic.in and tell them your problem. They will get back back to you. Also, as per CBSE notification, they will notify only those candidates whose images have some problem. Otherwise, you need not to make changes in your images of photograph and signature. Also, CBSE will begin scrutinising the application forms of JEE Main 2018 and will notify the candidates with problems in their applications. The JEE Main photo correction facility was available from December 8 till January 2. And CBSE is unlikely to give candidates another chance to make corrections to uploaded documents. So, you may not get another chance.

As for what may happen, if the signature is too small and very unclear, you may face problems. But the final call will be taken by CBSE authorties only.

I hope that it doesn't become a big issue and you are allowed to appear in the entrance exam.
