Hello,
It's very simple process, there are universities like IGNOU, DU SOL,NSOU etc which offer distance programs so first of all choose from which university you want to pursue your preferred course, when this universities release application form, you need to fill the form, for that you need to visit their official website, provide your personal, academic details and upload scanned documents with photograph and signature, and depending on the universities they will inform the confirmation of your admission within few weeks, you have to select one study centre while filling the form, and classes are held usually on weekends in most if these cases, also you have to submit assignments in the study centre.
